The Yearly costs if the proposed parks and rec bond passes

 This slide shows how much the yearly operation and maintenance will cost tax payers if the parks and rec bond package passes. This package will increase our property taxes and the city's debt if it passes. Plano currently has 85 parks and 98 miles of trails. We also have a Senior Center. How many parks and trails does one city need?
